You can kayak down the "challenging" Rio Baru. The rivers in Costa Rica are beautiful and the banks are abundant with wildlife. (OR) You can choose the "scenic" ocean route, visiting the tranquil tidal caves along the beautiful Costa Rican coastline.
You will leave for your horseback  riding adventure at 8:00 a.m. After a beautiful morning ride through the rainforest, you will stop by a tiki to enjoy a Tico breakfast among the Toucans and other wildlife.  Then it is back on the trail until you arrive at the beautiful waterfall where everyone takes a dip in the natural swimming pool at the base of the falls. After a long and leisurely dip, you will stop once more for a generous Tico lunch before completing the trail in the early afternoon.
